Our Return Policy:

We want you to be happy with your Essence of Italy purchase.  If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, simply return it to us within 30 days from the date you received your shipment and we will refund your purchase price. 

If you receive a damaged shipment from Essence of Italy, please contact us immediately for prompt assistance.  

Shipping and Handling:

Each photograph and canvas is made to order.  We usually ship within 14 days of your date of purchase. 

Photographs are shipped in tubes to protect your print.

We package each canvas in boxes and materials designed to protect your purchase.

Shipping and Handling is free for all orders within the continental United States. 

We Ship Worldwide:

For shipments outside of the continental United States, please contact us for the best shipping price and special instructions on how to complete your order.

For international shipping, you may be subject to import duties and taxes once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; please contact your local customs office for further information. Additionally, when ordering from us, you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods.
